Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 8, 2025
Steinbeck Vineyards & Winery is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Our Goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures We Take
- Design and code reviews with accessibility in mind (structure, headings, labels, color contrast).
- Keyboard navigability and focus visibility practices.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and media where feasible.
- Readable typography and responsive layouts across devices.
- Ongoing monitoring and periodic audits of key templates and pages.
Assistive Technology & Browser Compatibility
Our website is intended to function with current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies. Some third-party embeds (e.g., maps, video, reservation tools, social media widgets) may not fully meet the same standards; we do not control their code but will assist with alternatives when possible.
Known Limitations
If you encounter a barrier—such as missing labels, low contrast on a specific component, or issues with a third-party embed—please let us know. We review feedback and prioritize fixes.
